Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

* Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

* Gift cards
* Planks and or poles cut to a shorter length
* Customized or made-to-order products

To start a return, please contact us at orders@mywasteproducts.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

* Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
* If your refund is delayed, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at orders@mywasteproducts.co.za with your order number and details of the issue.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: Location you collected or placed your order with.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
