Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best shipping experience possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 4 weeks. HOWEVER. We do carry stock on selected items. Please feel free to discuss your requirements with your sales representative.

Note that this processing time includes the time it takes to prepare and ship your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with tracking details (if available).

International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and costs vary based on the destination.

* Swaziland
* Mozambique
* Mauritius - Zambia - Other

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please note that:

* Customs duties and taxes may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
* We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other regulatory agencies.

Shipping Issues or Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at orders@mywasteproducts.co.za  We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will help you file a claim with the carrier or send you a replacement item (subject to availability).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
